[DOCS] Better documentation for mod management

I can't figure out how to download mods from Modtale even thoug the docs say I don't even need an API key. How do I search.

Also please link the relevant (future) docs page in the server manager

Or maybe change the request type, because
curl -X GET https://api.modtale.net/api/v1/projects?search=water -H "X-MODTALE-KEY: youaintgettinmydamnkey" just outputs shit based on searching.

I will have a look, modtale not needing an API Key looks like it has different rate limits. I will probably need to make more modifications to the Mod Search to guide the user if they hit the rate limits of the unauthed api because the limits are so low. I wouldn't want a user to search, hit the rate limit and then not be given good error help / direction to fix it
