MemoryVault Community Edition is source-available under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0.

You may use, copy, modify, and self-host it for personal and noncommercial purposes.

Commercial use is not allowed without a separate commercial license from EL Websolutions.

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

• Selling MemoryVault
• Offering it as a paid hosted service
• Using it as part of a paid product or service
• Reselling modified versions
• Using it for business or profit-generating purposes
