patch installation error

I don't understand why this error keeps coming out.

You probably have an old version of windows, referencing the solution from our Discord server:

Error that looks something like this:

CLR: Assert failure(PID 5088 [0x800013e0], Thread: 16464 [0x825e]): !AreShadowStacksEnabled() || !UseSpecialUserModeApc()
File: C:\Minify\Source2Viewer-CLI.exe

• You can attempt to use windows group policy to disable UserShadowStack for Source2Viewer that Minify uses.
  • Open powershell with admin privileges
  • You need path of Source2Viewer-CLI.exe, it will look something like this C:\Minify\Source2Viewer-CLI.exe
  • Write to the powershell with your path: Set-ProcessMitigation -Name C:\Minify\Source2Viewer-CLI.exe -Disable UserShadowStack
  • Now you can attempt to patch again
• If above didn't help, or your version lacks group policy feature, updating your windows to the latest version, should solve the issue as well.
