Preview release of BlitzText Windows.

Includes:

ZIP package with install/uninstall scripts
MSI installer with install dialogs
OpenAI, Ollama, and local whisper.cpp provider support
Configurable workflow hotkeys, prompts, custom names, and result history

This is an independent native Windows implementation inspired by Christoph Magnussen's Blitztext workflow idea.
