Hosting Docs

I've noticed that besides the ReadMe and one Wiki page (and the video), there's no other documentation available.

For the Core update, we need at least these doc pages:

• What's new
  (already have that)
• Migration Guide
• Getting Started Guide
  to unclutter the readme and explain new ways for settings up

I think none of us has time and interest to set up some hosting just for a few pages.
As it's no the first time, facing that kind of situation, I could offer a simple zero-setup solution for this, if you like: https://github.com/softworkz/ffmpeg_output_apis/wiki/Concept-of-this-Repo

If you do, I could create a PR to enable this..
