Fix header and cards responsive styling on XS and SM screen sizes #154
Description
The current header and cards components have styling issues on extra small (XS) and small (SM) screen sizes, causing poor user experience on mobile devices.
Header:
- Navigation menu item overflow
- Header items stack incorrectly
- Padding/margins inconsistent on smaller screens
- Bookkeeper and Home icons missing
Bookkeeper Cards:
- Cards take full height without proper spacing
- Padding/margins too large or too small
