Be easier when enforcing commitment fees on channels (for compatibility with lnd)

Issue and Steps to Reproduce

Trying to open a channel from a LND node to [Boltz|CLN] and it won't let me because it seems to have a different opinion on what an adequate commitment miner fee is. Our LND node accepts it and did let me open a channel.

err=You gave bad parameters: feerate_per_kw 2500 below minimum 4971

This is an issue from 2020 and I think it's time to fix it.

Since this is an issue between LND and CLN agreeing on the commitment fee rate, this prbly can happen in active channels too. As hard as it is, in my opinion CLN should bite the bullet and accept the fact that LND reliably undershoots and accept a X% lower commitment fee rate, because if my math is right (correct me if I'm wrong), in my example above the two are arguing about 10 sats/vbyte vs 20 sats/vbyte in a 120 sats/vbyte mempool environment - both estimates are pretty bad. Just not a fight worth fighting.

Running into this issue as well. Seems on LND side there is no working option to increase the commitment fee on channel opening, so people are unable to open a channel to my CLN node...

As [Boltz|CLN] is gaining popularity, we had more lnd users reaching out to that couldn't open channels. Can we prioritize this?
