Support syslog format

--log-timestamps is very useful when lightning is run through systemd so that journactl doesn't show redundant timestamps.
It would be even better to have --log-syslog to change output format to the syslog format ("<{level}>{target}: {message}") so that also severity is understood allowing fast filtering and visual feedback of logs
