Closed channel, but funds lost

I tried to open a new lightning channel to my cln node. It did open after funding, but I never could get a lightning transaction to go through that channel. I closed the channel, but after one week I have not received my BTC back. Can you help? The short channel ID is 889981x1681x0. The funding ID is 692b090cb70f3943becdc9e66c0376ec6f6bfe004a9dd8590b333bc8f4cf3431

I opened another new channel at about the same time (ACINQ), and I have not been able to get a lightning transaction to go through that channel either. Only one channel to my node actually works.

The upgrade became available today for CLN on the Start9, but the upgrade failed after each of several attempts. The error reads as follows: "Install of c-lightning@25.02.01 Failed: Filesystem I/O Error: request or response body error: error reading a body from connection: end of file before message length reached".

That might be a Start9 related error. It might be a good idea to open a ticket in their repo just in case.

Thanks. I found the solution in the Start9.me community forum: upload the fix 25.02.01 as a sideload under the StartOS System tab. All funds were immediately returned to my wallet after the update.
