This pull request introduces invoice rebalancing between to liquidator managed nodes by creating invoices on one side of the channel and paying from the other.
Everything has been updated to loop 0.27.1 and LND 0.17.4, including polar file.
This PR requires Elenpay/NodeGuard#369
Bonus: Removed lot of go unused files.
