Closes #65

Implements Phase 1 (High Priority) commands:
- STATS ALL: detailed statistics with JSON output
- SEARCH <query> [--prefix]: advanced search with prefix support
- BATCH SET <file>: bulk import from text files

Also updates SCAN command to use prefix_scan when available
Adds sample data file demonstrating the format for bulk import.
Users can use this as a template for importing their own data.
Adds detailed documentation for all CLI commands including:
- STATS ALL for detailed statistics
- SEARCH with prefix support
- BATCH SET for bulk imports
- Usage examples and best practices
Documents all changes made in this release including new commands,
improved functionality, and updated documentation.
