Added automation to the project

Release of Pharos

Even though this project is at v0.3.0, it contains all that is needed to be able to use it and some!

• Slack integration has now been added
• Headless Chrome is now being used as default

0.2.0 Pre Release

• Added output option. This allows the user to choose between HTML and JSON.
• Moved Package to only use Headless Chrome.

Working version

• Add multiple urls to run lighthouse.
• Lighthouse will run these in parallel.
• Output will be in a HTML format in the projects root.
