Refactor audio tests to avoid Robolectric network dependency

Summary

• inject media recorder/player providers so audio components can be unit-tested without Robolectric
• rewrite audio unit tests to use MockK-based verifications instead of Robolectric and tighten related imports in SaidIt tests
• add an explicit android-all runtime dependency for Robolectric-based tests and update supporting test classes
