三步开始 / Start in three steps

1. 下载桌面版 / Download — 在 Releases 中选择文件名带 WIN-EXE 的压缩包。
2. 完成第一次建库 / Build — 按照快速开始准备 Runtime、模型和 Markdown 来源。

排查前先做什么 / Before troubleshooting

不要一遇到问题就删除数据目录、Runtime、模型或索引。先保留界面提示和相关活动日志，并查看故障排查。公开信息前务必清除私人路径、知识库名称、查询文字和检索内容。

Do not delete the data root, Runtime, models, or indexes as a first reaction. Keep the user-facing message and related activity log, then use Troubleshooting. Remove private paths, workspace names, queries, and retrieved text before posting anything publicly.
