docs: the wiki — 13 pages, opening with the failure it defends against
Not a restatement of the repo. The pages the repo has no room for:
- Failure Modes — the catalogue, FM-1..FM-12. Reflection-shaped text, the empty
Unknown, the unfalsifiable falsifier, frames that agree, level inflation, the
methodology promise, ceremony without delta. The entry point for a sceptic,
because if those patterns look unfamiliar none of this seems necessary.
- Getting Started — the same question before and after, and the knob adopters
want to turn that re-creates the failure.
- Calibration — why confidence and calibration are different quantities, why
EARNED is nearly unreachable for a stateless agent, and MC-5.4.
- Conformance — how to audit someone else's build in ten minutes holding only
its outputs, plus why a build cannot certify itself by asserting the IDs.
Wiki links carry no anchors: GitHub's slugger drops punctuation rather than
replacing it, so '## The Shadow Gate `MC-6`' does not resolve the way a naive
slug rule predicts. Page-level links do not rot.
Verified with a checker that plants a canary and proves its own leak scan fires
before reporting clean.
