Rename MarkdownEditor plugin files to MarkdownAsset (update uplugin FriendlyName and move resources/source) and include third-party md4c sources. Add localization assets (CSV, PO, locres, manifest, archive) for English and Japanese. Add FilterPlugin.ini and a docs image (editor-overview-ja.png) for packaging and documentation.
