Key point: You do NOT need a GPU, a Mac Mini, a gaming PC, or any special hardware. A $30/month VPS, a 10-year-old laptop, or a Raspberry Pi 4 all run MICRODRAGON fully.

The only limitation is which local AI model fits in your RAM. With Groq (free tier, no download), even a $5 VPS gets full AI quality.
