Adds several fields to the eNOTF data entry forms and database schema, including fields for transfer details, psychological state, additional medical assessments, and radial pulse. Refactors the initial assessment display to provide a more structured and readable overview. Streamlines the navigation and data entry process, improving the user experience. Removes the separate "Diagnose" tab from the Anamnese section, integrating the diagnosis field into the main Anamnese form.
