Implements a dedicated print view for eNOTF (electronic Notfallprotokoll) entries. This commit introduces a new print stylesheet (print.css) and a dedicated print view (index.php) to allow users to generate a printer-friendly version of the emergency medical service reports. The print view includes patient data, details about the emergency event, initial findings, and other relevant information. Styles are optimized for A4 paper format.

This includes: - A new topbar to return to the protokoll view - Restructuring the protocol data into a print-optimized layout. - Adding vital parameter graphs to the print view. - Integrating dedicated print stylesheets for enhanced readability. The print view aims to improve protocol accessibility and facilitate offline documentation.
Ensures the date and time are correctly formatted on the print view. Hides the print button when the print view is embedded in an iframe to prevent conflicts with the parent page's printing functionality.
Improves the readability of the anamnesis textarea by increasing its height. This provides a better overview of the contained information.
Implements the display of driver and co-driver information in the print view. Conditionally renders fields based on the value of 'prot_by', allowing to differentiate between different data sources for driver and co-driver names.
