Brief summary of the change made

A first version of AGENTS.md. Highly inspired by https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/blob/main/.rules

Trying to avoid context pollution by only adding information and guidelines agents cannot discover by themselves.

This is a first iteration. More will certainly follow.

I think what we should avoid having multiple files for different coding agents as much as possible to prevent managing potential redundancy.

Why don't have AGENTs.md and CLAUDE.md since gemini can understand AGENTs.md?
