Adicionado codigo da turma e materia na extracao dos participantes

Arrumado bug no scrapper devido ao novo botão 'continuar' devido as eleições do DCE, no SIGAA.
HOTFIX BOTÃO ELEIÇÃO
Na camada controllers foi criado o arquivo scrapper_controller. Modificado o arquivo routes e adicionada uma nova gem.
