To keep in sync with the ftp dumps annotation_source : https://github.com/Ensembl/ensembl-production/blob/release/mvp/modules/Bio/EnsEMBL/Production/Pipeline/FileDump/Base.pm#L92 we lowered the genebuild_source_name
