feat: drill down from targets tab

Objective

Targets tab should allow seeing runs by experiment, and clicking in will show the run with the category break down and individual test cases.

Current Problem

Currently the targets tab is a static page and does not respond to any user interact interaction.

Acceptance Signals

• use agent-browser cli to ensure behaviour in AgentV Studio is at least parity with https://convex-evals.netlify.app/ -> Models tab.
