bug: CLAUDE.md content is completely replaced by workspace init

Current Behaviour: If I already have a CLAUDE.md file, allagents workspace init will overwrite the existing contents with the workspace rules.

Expected Behaviour: It's supposed to only append the workspace rules section.

Your task: Fix this. Also check if AGENTS.md has the same issue.
