The following is mkdocs's need:

date:
created: xxx
updated: xxx

Describe alternatives you've considered

I hope your plugin can do something for Yaml properties.
But in the plugin "Linter", I cannot make a format like that.
So I turn to here for some help.

I use linter for created and modified dates in the format of YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss. Hope this is helpful to you.

@AgedLace May I know what is your generated yaml? I tried to set it with "date created" or "created" but no one succeeded.

This is what linter produces in the yaml:

Date-Created: 2024-12-26 10:59:57
Date-Modified: 2025-01-08 01:41:02

@AgedLace I used your way to tried, but always got:

Error: Process completed with exit code 1.

What else can I do?

@AgedLace No problem, I just found some perhaps to fix it.
May I know what theme you use for mkdocs? I use "Material". Not know if my problem is because of my theme's need.

Sorry for the delay. I don't understand what do you want. The mkdocs plugin only display part of the document, excluding the YAML frontmatter, as it is done in Obsidian.
