Respirator

Wearing a respirator will keep your oxygen level between 99% and 100%, and make you immune to poisonous and suffocating gases. You will need to change the air filters occasionally, though. To do this, simply put the respirator in a crafting window (the 2x2 one in your inventory is fine) with an air filter.
