Summary View Hanging on Audit Page (no issues displayed)

Describe the bug
The Summary View is not displaying issues on the Audit page as expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in to the application.
2. Go to the audit titled "Athletics - uicflames".
3. Scroll down to the Summary View (default).
4. See the loading screen.

Expected behavior
The Summary View should consistently display the list of issues without becoming blank.

Hey @mrfu-space! Thanks for the bug report. I'm not able to reproduce- the summary screen for that audit is loading okay on my end (see screen)- however we do know we've been experiencing some erratic loading times and hangs. We think this is probably due to some system congestion happening when large scans are being initiated on the backend (either manually or automatically scheduled). We're actually working this week and next on putting in some performance monitoring to the frontend to try and narrow down the exact cause of this, so we can address it- I'll follow up here over the next week or so with updates on that process.

Thanks for letting us know, @azdak! We tested again this morning and noticed that the Summary View is still not displaying properly, as it appears to remain stuck on the loading animation. We've tried Firefox, Edge, and Chrome. Please feel free to let us know if any additional information would be helpful. Looking forward to the updates!

Hey @mrfu-space, just wanted to check in on this, and see if you or the service team is still experiencing the issue- we've pushed a few different patches in the last couple weeks we think should have solved it (and I'm unable to reproduce now), but let us know if you're still seeing hangs on summary screen-

Hey @azdak! Thanks for checking-in. We tested the audit again and it appears the audit URL (sign-in required) works but the shareable URL doesn't. Is that an intended behavior?

Hi @mrfu-space oooooohhhhhhh I had not noticed this whole time this was the 'share' report, and not the main one!!! It turns out there was a permissions bug that only affected the shared reports, and was causing the summary to not load- thank you for catching that! I've just pushed a fix, let me know if you're still experiencing the issue-
