Search CodeChecker in PATH by default #152
Description
Add a new configuration tick box to Configuration window:
Use CodeChecker from PATH [Tick box]
if ticked,
"CodeChecker package root directory"
"Python rootenv" fields are greyed out.
Otherwise they are active.
Extend the CodeChecker package directory is valid message with the package location.
