Better Codex v0.4.2

This release makes native session work more reliable and strengthens the installation and update paths.

Highlights

• Native session turns, replies, interruptions, imported activity, and recovery now stay consistent across retries and Runtime restarts.
• Issue creation defaults to an Agent, with clearer manual controls and newest-first project selection.
• Windows installation now reports current, repair, update, and upgrade states accurately.
• Local debugger injection, the signed Windows Preview installer, and Homebrew packaged Skill discovery are hardened.
