Cant Connect to SQL Server #1013

Description

@AssisiSoft

The "Add SQL Server Connection..." option does not work. The connection wizard shows and seems to work fine in the Test Connection validates etc. But after hitting OK, nothing shows in the Data Connections list.

The "Add Connections from Solution" has no effect either. Where does this option get the connections from? Connection strings in Settings? SQL Server Object Explorer? Server Explorer? Data Sources?

Also, I read or heard somewhere that toolbox will get connections from SSMS somehow. But how to trigger this? The option to "Get databases from SSMS Object Explorer" is set to true.
