Monkey Shines v1.0.0

First release that I consider to be playable to point of ease of use starting up, and enough feature completeness in the editor and game.

Windows users can enjoy easy-launch executables to just play the game; not by intent are these launchers windows only... I will need to get access to a Linux and Mac machine to generate executables for those platforms.

Game itself now has a playtest mode allowing free reign over any level with infinite lives. All high score calculations, however, become negative.

Speaking of scores, fixes an issue where fruit counters were inverted, rewarding players less for catching more fruit.

Level Editor now allows export of an entire level as a .png, and with the 'c' key can bring up a coordinate in the lower left display making it easier to align tiles between screens.
