Scanning evidence

Something new added to the camera is the ability to accurately take pictures and if anything is tagged with "evidence", then it is tagged and points are given to the player. This is done by using a capsule collider that is invisible to the player and if the collider is connecting with the object when the player takes a picture, then the evidence is scanned.
