C-Salt v0.11.4: Final Polishing Adjustments before Hibernation

What's Changed?

• Fixed performance on pkg kinds.
• Removed --full and replaced with --template to allow easier addition of new workspaces for specific use cases, such as the current bin and lib options.
• Added -V as the short version of --verbose.
• Removed arbitrary restriction restricting any lib units after a bin unit to instead only care if dependencies existed before.
• Updated .gitignore generation in csalt new and csalt init.
• Removed forced cleaning of build/ when csalt clean is called, and replaced with csalt clean --all.
• Added disclaimer and more package managers to package search suggestions.
• Fixed src/ usage to src to prevent Windows path bugs such as path\to\src/main.c.
• Added generation of compile_commands.json in both compile and build commands.

C-Salt is preparing to go into hibernation due to the upcoming school year as well as development velocity declining.
