have renamed to scr_pen_and_paper also this fixes the earlier mentioned issue with the hunt beasts mission but it's turned into a much bigger rework than intended so unsure if this should go in fix or not

I would vote yes. If something breaks, we can fix it before 0.10, so the major version comes out cleaner.
