feature suggestions: navigating among tabs

suggestions:

• Scrolling through tabs with the mouse wheel would be great.
  I have no idea how difficult it is to make it :)

• another possibility, as seen in Geany, could be to drop a list of the tab names from one tab...
  where the context menu is...
  The tab list could be activated by an extra key, Shift or CTRL, with right clicking...
  and a short key could also be assigned...
  I'm suggesting this cause I imagine that this is way simpler than scrolling through.

• another possibility, which a fellow-user suggested could be a drop-down search-field with fast screening (typing as would show only tabs with as in them)
  I have no idea how complex addition this would be.

• plus one suggestion, á la Firefox "open tabs"...
  an entire window (or rather, tab) could be dedicated to the list of all open tabs...
  This seems to me as the "easiest" addition, but again, I have no idea.
