I can't install the latest Tabby version on Windows 11

Describe the problem

I had an outdated version of Tabby installed (I don't remember the exact version).
Today, I attempted to install the latest version 1.0.223, but the installation was unsuccessful.
I also tried installing the previous version 1.0.222, but encountered the same issue.

To troubleshoot, I uninstalled my old version from C:\Program Files\Tabby and attempted to install the new version in the same directory, as well as in an alternative location (C:\Program Files\Tabby2). However, the installation still failed.

I have attached a video showing the process and the errors I encountered.

My system details:

• OS: Windows 11 Home 24H2

Any ideas on what might be causing this issue? Thanks in advance!

To Reproduce

• Uninstall the existing Tabby installation.
• Download the latest Tabby version 1.0.223 from GitHub Releases.
• Attempt to install it in C:\Program Files\Tabby.
