We introduced the 7b3b0f7 commit ( feat: Allow for unlimited number of users ) so that we wouldn't have the 20-connection limit.
This commit would have to be reverted given that a similar commit has been done from upstream OnlyOffice: ONLYOFFICE/server@c635713 commit ( [feature] Remove Community 20-connection limit ).
