Escape dunders etc. in talk names

Probably other markdown syntax has the same effect, but __...__ is probably the most common issue for a Python conference.

I guess besides escaping this in the bot, talk titles could also be edited to put e.g. markdown backticks around such words, which would probably look better in the announcement as well since it is code after all.

We can't differentiate automatically between intentional and unintentional Markdown, and some speakers use Markdown intentionally:

Given that most people in the audience are familiar with markdown, I agree that escaping is a good idea.

Some ideas:

• let people choose between plaintext (default) and markdown for their title
• auto-escape known Python dunders, but leave anything else

I don't want to introduce additional complexity for everyone, just because <2% of all speakers might use it. I will escape all markdown, because I think this is the most sensible default behavior.
