Make the header sticky while scrolling

When I open the page and scroll down, the header, along with the search box and the "Register now" button, disappears. It would be more useful if it were sticky, so that no matter where I am on the page, I can click directly on "Register now"

If we will have clear layout structure we will be able to do that, but right now I think that there will be few issue with menu items which we have there. I will have that request in my mind but I don't expect it's high priority.
Are you fine with that?
