Decrease side margins

When I open any page, the side margins are as wide as the text area itself, which makes the page unnecessarily long:

As inspiration, we can take a look at JS Nation -- their content is centered, but the side margins are much narrower and looks much better:

We should define breakpoints which we want support on the website, including info about min width and max width behavior.

Right now we use a tailwind breakpoint setup.

After we have it we can decide which is our main size that we expect as first.

Then we should decide which layouts we want to use, and how they should behave when we change screen size.

Website design should be prepared for all sizes that we want support.

That was the theory part, from a practical perspective I know that more and more people use 4k monitors, and two main screen sizes are 2k+ and mobile. Our website is narrow like from the 80's so we need to jump to a higher breakpoint.
We should also unify font sizes for the whole website. We need components whicha are responsive and a11y ready.

I can "reduce margins" but it's like fixing old car to look like limousine.
