[FEATURE] Add settings apply button

Feature Description

Add an “Apply” button next to the “Save” button in the Settings panel.

Currently, changes only take effect after clicking Save. When exporting from the database, this means the user must close and reopen the window before the updated settings are applied to the export.

The proposed Apply button would immediately activate any changes without closing the Settings panel, allowing users to proceed directly with actions such as exporting without needing to reopen the window.
