Fixed

• Deleted or symbolic link files were not getting deployed (fixed by populating the file action map prior to starting go routines)
• Files in the root of the repository were not getting ignored if the file was copied into a host directory
• Deleted files would not be processed and controller would exit with error about host not matching the config deployerendpoints (fixed by using correct variable name used in host directory name extraction during parsing)
