We have revised the annotation of the astrocyte subclusters to ensure clearer alignment with the descriptions provided in the main text. We have also updated the labeling in Figure 5 for better clarity. Regarding the cluster labeled “mitochondrial membrane permeability,” we have renamed it to “mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization apoptosis (MOMP_apoptosis)” to more accurately reflect its biological function. This cluster remains prominent at the later stages of injury (60, 90 dpi), and we believe this renaming better captures its role in the apoptotic process associated with mitochondrial dysfunction during injury progression.
