Yes. The ARC module is currently unusable due to a persistent application error. I have been trying to run ARC for the last 10 days, but the system consistently fails even when using the official sample files provided by EventStudyTools. Since the sample files are pre-formatted and validated, the issue appears to be on the platform side rather than with user input. This prevents me from conducting any event study analysis and significantly delays my research work.

I would like the ARC application to be fixed so that it can successfully process both user-uploaded files and the official sample files without generating application errors. Additionally, it would be helpful if the system displayed a more detailed error message indicating the cause of the failure when processing files.

I have tried:
- Uploading the official sample files provided by EventStudyTools.
- Re-uploading files multiple times.
- Using different browsers and devices.
- Checking file formatting requirements.
Despite these attempts, the same application error continues to occur.
