This PR updates telescope-array flattening and training data loading to better handle variable-length indexing (CTAO/ImgSel_list) and heterogeneous input files.

- Add padding so per-telescope arrays from different branches share a consistent width before remapping to telescope-ID space.
- Pad
sizeand other telescope variables to avoid width mismatches during normalization. - Update
load_training_data()to refreshmax_tel_idwhen later input files contain larger telescope IDs.
