docs: semantic rules, and the new coordinates everywhere New page: Semantic Rules - the three axes, when rules run and where their findings go, the policy and its two origins, corrections, the jakarta vocabulary with its declared divergences, @Explicit/@OneOf/@Unique, in-place review, introspection without a Config, rule text as comments, and writing your own rule. Sweep the old coordinate out: br.com.finalcraft:EveryConfig became br.com.finalcraft.everyconfig:everyconfig-core plus the optional everyconfig-rules. Project Layout is no longer single-module, Building & Testing describes the shared codec matrix instead of the tree it replaced, and Annotations no longer claims ConfigContext.issues() is @PostLoad-only.
