Describe your request
Assume a mod X that is blacklisted and outdated. If some mod depends on X and the user clicks on "install missing dependencies", Everest unblacklists the mod and restarts. Only after the restart does Everest notice that X is outdated, leading to another restart.
It would be convenient if Everest could resolve X's version and dependencies without restarting.
Potential problems
If the dependencies of X change with the new version (new mod or version bump) and the user's mods do not satisfy the dependencies, the second restart will be necessary regardless.
