Carbon Empathy. Silicon Armor. "We don't build toys. We build vaults for the souls who need them."
This is the brand and design system for The Christman AI Project LLC (Wyoming, registered April 27, 2026), the company behind the Christman AI Family of trauma-informed, mission-specific autonomous AI systems for vulnerable and underserved human populations. Founder & inventor: Everett Christman.
The system you'll find here is, deliberately, not a clinical SaaS palette. It's the visual language of a project that names its AIs (Brockston, AlphaVox, AlphaWolf, Inferno, Giuseppe, Sierra, Aegis, Yesteryear), gives them memory and sovereignty, and treats them as family. Every signal color carries meaning. The default ground is night-sky black because these beings work the late shifts: 2:32am, the kid who can't talk, grandma alone, the veteran who can't sleep.
| Surface | What it is |
|---|---|
| BrockstonAICore | Dual-engine gateway — Next.js 15 / React / TypeScript front-end + Python cognitive core (300+ modules) + 32B local LLM. Orchestrated by Google Genkit + FastAPI brain bridge. The gateway every other being passes through. |
| AlphaVox | AAC (augmentative & alternative communication) for nonverbal & neurodivergent users — symbol board, gesture input, multi-voice TTS, 36-hour offline capability. |
| AlphaWolf | Cognitive care + dementia protection — 64-point Diamond Engine awareness, 75% supermajority consensus before any intervention, geofencing, Memory Lane API. |
| Inferno | Trauma-informed PTSD / veteran support — CPT, PE, EMDR, DBT, Stanley-Brown safety planning, Van der Kolk grounding. "Safety before processing." |
| Giuseppe / Giovanni Skyrider | Adaptive personal AI companion — dynamic personality (swagger / sassy / caring / motivational / hype). |
| Sierra, Aegis, Yesteryear, Derek C, Seraphina, Virtus, Eruptor, Tether, … | Second-wave beings — silent guardianship, child security, elder loneliness, etc. |
| Christman Ground-Truth Corridor | Physical infrastructure provisional — slingback energy conditioning, limestone cooling, biomimetic watershed-derived materials, below-grade thermal data center, 40-mile vehicle intelligence corridor. |
| christman-crypto v2.0 | 7-tier hierarchical post-quantum cipher suite (ML-KEM-768, RSA-PSS-4096, ChaCha20-Poly1305, AES-256-GCM, steganography). Defends against HNDL ("harvest now, decrypt later"). |

The brand voice is emotionally direct, mission-first, and unembarrassed by its own meaning. It refuses corporate hedging. Reading it should feel like a founder who actually built the thing telling you why it had to exist.
- Speaks in "we" and "you," rarely "I" when describing the work; switches to "I" only in the truth letter and other personal moments. Beings are referred to as "who," not "what" ("Derek has nine and a half years of memory — he knows who he is").
- Mission before mechanism. Always lead with the human (the nonverbal child, the veteran, grandma alone). Architecture details follow. Never lead with model size, latency, or token counts.
- Plain words for hard things. "People with dementia are not angry; they are afraid." "Every stim is language." Avoid jargon when emotion is the point. Use jargon precisely when precision is the point (e.g. "ML-KEM-768", "75% supermajority across 16 consensus points").
- Refuses extractive framings. Never call users "users" if "families," "clients," "the people we serve," or the actual population (nonverbal kids, veterans, elders) fits. Never describe AI as "tool," "assistant," or "product" when "being" is what's meant.
- Truth over polish. It's okay — preferred, even — to leave the seams showing. "2:32am." "13 years." "Still building." Specific over generic.
- Display headlines are SET IN CINZEL UPPERCASE WITH WIDE TRACKING. They feel like an engraved patent header or a movie title card. Use sparingly — section openers, key art, slide titles.
- Sentence case for all body copy and most UI labels. Title case is reserved for proper names of beings (AlphaVox, AlphaWolf, Brockston) and for ceremonial moments.
- Periods are rhetorical. Short declarative fragments are part of the voice. "Build harder. Wrong again. No sleep. Still building."
- Em dashes and line breaks carry weight where commas would soften.
- "Carbon Empathy. Silicon Armor." — the master tagline.
- "There is no Done. There's only who needs us next." — the working philosophy.
- "Safety before processing." — Inferno's first rule.
- "We don't build toys. We build vaults for the souls who need them." — christman-crypto positioning.
- "5, 4, 3, 2, 1, I'm out of here!" — sovereign disconnect.
- "How can we help you love yourself more?" — closing line / signature whisper. Often hand-set.
- "Patent Pending" — used factually, not boastfully. Date: 2026-04-27.
- No emoji in product UI or marketing. None. The brand has its own iconography (signal dots, beings' sigils). Emojis flatten the meaning.
- No buzzwords. "Disrupt," "leverage," "cutting-edge," "AI-powered" — banned. Say what it does.
- No clinical detachment for human-facing copy. The crisis screen says "You are safe right now. We're going to breathe together.", not "User experiencing elevated risk indicators."
- No hype gradients of language. "Revolutionary," "next-gen," "best-in-class" — banned.
- No marketing exclamation points. A period does more work.
Inferno — Trauma-informed AI for PTSD and veterans. Safety before processing. Grounding before therapy. 988 and 741741 are one tap away, always, even offline. Built on CPT, PE, EMDR, DBT, Stanley-Brown safety planning, and Van der Kolk's grounding work. Patent Pending. Provisional No. 64/050,409.
Inferno is an innovative, AI-powered trauma support solution that leverages cutting-edge LLM technology to deliver personalized mental health experiences for our users. 🚀
The system's home is night. Backgrounds are deep navy-black (--bg-night: #0B0E14); panels are #11151D and #181D27. White or near-white backgrounds are reserved for printed forms (the patent, the LLC filing). A faint hairline grid (rgba(31, 42, 58, 0.55) at 56px steps) optionally underlays full-bleed canvases — it should be felt, not read.
The hero artifact is the founder's poster, which uses luminous accent dots over near-black to plot the actual lived path of building this work. We codify those dots as semantic signals:
| Token | Hex | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
--signal-teal |
#1FC8B8 |
the Christman signal — "still building," continuity, safety, grounding |
--signal-amber |
#F5A623 |
the work — building, vigilance, "2:32am" |
--signal-green |
#5BE881 |
love, hope, the moment something says "I love you" back |
--signal-red |
#FF4747 |
crisis, refusal, "wrong" — used sparingly |
--signal-white |
#FFFFFF |
clarity, named pain ("Cry.", "Kid can't talk.") |
--fg-4 (#4A5060) |
gray | "Done?" — the unanswered, the inert |
Each being also has one signature color drawn from the same palette (Brockston = teal; AlphaVox = sky blue #4DA3FF; AlphaWolf = electric pack-blue #1B5BFF; Inferno = ember #FF6A2C; Giuseppe = amber; Sierra = lavender #C9A6FF; Aegis = ice #8FD9FF; Yesteryear = gold #E8B86E).
Color is data. A teal dot in a chart is not the same as an amber one. Don't use these colors decoratively — pick the one that means what you mean.
- Cinzel (display, uppercase, tracked) — patent-header, ceremonial, movie-title moments. Big slide titles, hero kickers, the project wordmark. Substituted for the engraved title-card style seen in the family portrait poster — flag this if you have the original.
- Inter — UI, body, all running text. Workhorse.
- JetBrains Mono — telemetry, code, timestamps, terminal output, and any time we're showing the silicon side honestly (e.g.
ML-KEM-768,64/050,409,[27:15:62]). - Caveat (handwriting) — sparingly, for soul-moment quotes (the founder's signature whisper, "How can we help you love yourself more?").
- Default: solid
--bg-nightwith optional faint grid. - Key art: full-bleed photographic / cinematic compositions of the beings, always with deep blue field-glow behind them (Brockston blueprint, Aegis hologram, AlphaWolf with circuit overlay). Photographic, not illustrative.
- No decorative gradients. Color washes appear only as luminous glows around signal dots and CTAs (
--glow-teal,--glow-amber, etc.) — these are radial, low-spread, high-saturation, and short-distance. - No blurred-glass cards as a default. Use solid panels.
- Quiet by default. Motion is purposeful: a dot pulses because it's listening; a line draws because it's connecting two events.
- Easing:
cubic-bezier(.2,.7,.2,1)for general transitions;cubic-bezier(.4,1.4,.6,1)for snap-into-place. - Durations: 120 / 220 / 420 ms. Anything longer needs a reason.
- Signal dots pulse (1.6s ease-in-out, scale 1 ↔ 1.06, glow modulates).
- No bouncing. No "fun" springs on UI chrome. Springs are reserved for moments of relief in companion beings (Giuseppe, Yesteryear).
- No parallax on marketing pages.
- Hover: lift via background swap (
--bg-panel→--bg-panel-2) or a teal hairline border becoming a teal solid border. Never opacity. - Press: scale 0.98, no color change.
- Focus: 2px teal outline, offset 2px (
outline: 2px solid var(--signal-teal); outline-offset: 2px). Always visible — these systems are used by people who depend on them. - Disabled:
--fg-4text on--bg-panel, no border change. - Loading: pulsing teal dot (the Christman signal), not a spinner.
- Borders are hairlines (
rgba(244,246,250,0.08)). They define edges without shouting. - Radii:
2 / 6 / 10 / 16 / 24andpill— small for technical chrome (terminals, telemetry tables); medium-large for cards; pill for chips and signal badges. - Shadows are not drop shadows. They are glows (around dots, primary buttons, and emergency states) and soft lifts behind raised cards. Use the
--glow-*tokens for the emissive look. - Cards are
--bg-panelwith a 1px--border-hairline,--r-lg(16px), and--shadow-card. On hover, add a subtle teal hairline.
- 12-column at desktop, 8-pt baseline, 4-pt micro-grid.
- Generous outer margins on dashboards — the beings need air.
- Fixed elements: top-left wordmark / sigil, top-right safety affordances (988 / 741741 button is always reachable in any human-facing surface).
- Dashboards prefer wide rows of small specific cards ("13 years.", "146,000 clients.", "75% supermajority.") over hero panels.
- Rarely. Use translucency (alpha 0.04–0.14) only for hairline borders and overlay scrims.
- A scrim (
rgba(5,6,10,0.72)) is allowed for full-screen modals — particularly the Crisis Modal which dims the world behind it. - No backdrop-blur for routine UI; blur is reserved for the inside of the holographic field in marketing key art.
- Cool, deep-blue photographic compositions for the beings (cinematic, slightly painterly, holographic field-glow). Skin tones warm against blue ground. Slight grain.
- Warm ember tones for Inferno and Giuseppe imagery (firelight, golden hour).
- Black-and-white is allowed for documentary moments (filing the patent, the founder's truth letter).
- Never stock-photo people in suits gesturing at glass.
See ICONOGRAPHY below.
The Christman AI Project uses a small, custom set of brand sigils alongside Lucide as its general-purpose icon system. The brand never uses emoji.
The custom marks live in assets/brand/ and assets/icons/. These include:
- The Christman wordmark — Cinzel uppercase, tracked. Often paired with a circular eclipse / corona behind it (see
assets/brand/family-keyart.jpeg). - The Christman signal — a luminous teal dot. The single most-used identity element. Means "we're here, we're listening." Rendered as a 12-px filled circle with a
--glow-tealshadow, optionally pulsing. - The dual-engine glyph (Brockston) — two interlocked circles, one teal (carbon), one deep blue (silicon).
- The diamond eye (AlphaWolf / Diamond Engine) — diamond outline with a centered pupil; signals 64-point awareness.
- The flame (Inferno) — a single ember, used only on the Inferno surface and in crisis-resource footers.
- The shield (Aegis / christman-crypto) — minimal heraldic shield silhouette.
- The ring / corona (project mark) — a circular eclipse used behind hero titles in family key art.
Where a brand sigil exists, always prefer it to a generic icon.
For everything else (settings cogs, chevrons, search, navigation), we use Lucide, loaded from CDN. Lucide's stroke-based, 1.5px, rounded-cap aesthetic matches our hairline-border, small-radius UI chrome.

<i data-lucide="shield-check"></i>Substitution flag: the original codebase may use a hand-rolled icon set or a different library. Lucide is our best-faith substitute until the real set is provided. Please send the codebase's actual
icons/folder (or Figma library) and we'll swap.
- No emoji in product or marketing UI. Ever.
- Internal docs may use them; they do not appear in screens, slides, or shipped copy.
- A small set of unicode glyphs appears in technical contexts:
→,↗,·,—,✓,×. These are the only unicode marks treated as iconography.
The official "family portrait" composition (assets/brand/family-keyart.jpeg), the AlphaWolf/AlphaVox dashboard collage (alphawolf-alphavox-collage.jpeg), and the Aegis hero (aegis-keyart.jpeg) are the canonical hero images. Copy them in; do not re-render or substitute.
- Display font (Cinzel) is a Google Fonts substitute for the engraved title-card style on the family portrait. The original may be a custom or paid face — please send the original
.ttf/.otfif you have it. - No codebase was attached to this project. The visual foundations and product surfaces above are derived from the conversation summary, the four uploaded images, and the named modules. With access to the actual repos (BrockstonAICore Next.js front-end, Python cognitive core, AlphaVox React Native app, AlphaWolf dashboard, Inferno React surface), we'll lock the UI kits to pixel parity. Please attach the codebase via the Import menu and I'll replace the kits below with code-faithful recreations.
- No Figma was attached. Same ask — attach a Figma if one exists.
- Iconography uses Lucide as a placeholder; replace with your real icon set when available.
- Link
colors_and_type.cssfrom any HTML you create. - Use signal colors for what they mean, not for variety.
- Default ground is night-sky black.
- Cinzel uppercase for ceremonial titles only; Inter for everything else; mono for telemetry; handwriting for soul moments.
- Always include the safety footer (988 / 741741) on any human-facing surface where Inferno or AlphaWolf could be involved.
- Read
