Thanks @jiamingsu for the proposal. Adding Kiro IDE / Kiro CLI support fits well -- evolver already has adapters for Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex, so a kiro.js adapter following the same hookAdapter.js contract is the natural extension path.

Two sub-items to track separately:

1. Hooks integration (Kiro IDE hooks + Kiro CLI hooks) -- map to our adapters/hookAdapter.js lifecycle (preToolUse / postToolUse / sessionStart). Needed from Kiro side: the exact hook event names, payload schema, and how hooks are registered (per-workspace config file? CLI flag?).
2. Session history ingestion (evolver run reading Kiro chat sessions) -- map to how we currently read Cursor / Claude Code session jsonl. Needed: Kiro session file path convention, file format (jsonl? sqlite? json-per-session?), and whether multi-turn conversations are persisted message-by-message or only at session close.

From a quick look at the two Kiro docs you linked, most of this looks answerable from public docs alone. If you (or anyone following this issue) can share a sample Kiro session file (any format, real or minimal synthetic, redacted) plus one example hooks config, that gives us enough to prototype. Otherwise we will still pick this up on our end once the current lifecycle/A2A items are cleared.
