v1.3.5: track yt-dlp nightly channel to fix YouTube 403 (PO Token/SABR)

Many videos failed with "Process exited with code 1" caused by
HTTP Error 403: Forbidden on the media stream — YouTube's GVS PO Token / SABR
experiment. Verified that yt-dlp nightly (2026.08.04) downloads these videos
fine while stable (2026.07.04, a month behind) 403s.

- src/main/index.js: in-app yt-dlp updater now points at the nightly repo
  (yt-dlp-nightly-builds) for both the version check and the download.
- release.yml: CI bundles the nightly yt-dlp.exe.
- BUILDING.md: document the nightly channel and why.

Not the JS-runtime bug (already fixed with QuickJS); this is the separate,
YouTube-wide 403. Nightly is the same code as master, built daily.

v1.3.4: fix "code 1" downloads — bundle QuickJS JS runtime for yt-dlp

YouTube now requires solving a JS challenge, which yt-dlp can only do with an
external JS runtime (Deno/Node/QuickJS). End-user machines have none, so yt-dlp
exited with "Process exited with code 1" for most videos. It only worked on dev
machines that happened to have Deno/Node installed.

- Bundle QuickJS-NG (qjs.exe, ~2 MB) and pass --js-runtimes quickjs:<path> to
  every yt-dlp extraction call (getJsRuntimeArgs in src/main/index.js). Chosen
  over Deno/Node to keep the installer ~118 MB.
- release.yml downloads qjs-windows-x86_64.exe from quickjs-ng latest release.
- Friendlier "yt-dlp.exe missing" error hinting at antivirus quarantine (the
  other error seen in telemetry — a common AV false positive).
- Document the qjs binary in BUILDING.md; git-ignore resources/bin/qjs.exe.

Verified end-to-end (MP3 + 1080p MP4) with Deno/Node removed from PATH.
